Trumpet Vine, Cow-itch, Cow Vine, Devil's Shoestring, Foxglove Vine, Hellvine, Trumpet Creeper
Vigorous, woody vine with large, 3" trumpet-like orange flowers in summer and fancy cut leaves. If you’re looking to attract hummingbirds, this is the vine to plant, as they’re attracted to the bright blooms. After the trumpet vines bloom, they’re preceded by long, bean-like seed pods that split and release two-winged seeds that blow in the wind. This vine is easy to establish and grows luxuriantly. It will cover any structure and can grow up to 30–40' high when allowed to climb. Yellow fall color.
